We divorced entirely, the children are in shared custody, 60% at me, the rest with him. Alimony was calculated according to our incomes 5 years ago. Four months ago i was diagnosed with brain tumors, underwent surgery and a long series of radiation and chemo. It was then decided that the children will stay with him. From the start, he started to demand money from me to pay for the extra food he had to buy. Every month the alimony would be paid (I'm still responsible for buying their clothes school equipment, and so on) and he would present me another bill for the amount of extra days they were with him. Yesterday he decided that i am well enough and that the children will return to my custody. I am not well enough, and two weeks before another series of treatments. He decided to stop paying alimony since January as a payment of my "debt" to him. Besides, he writes me insulting messages and lies. I probably should contact a lawyer but don't have the energy to deal with all that dirt. To whom do I have to report his refusal of paying alimony?lc
He has a very high salary, his rrfusal is not connected to that.
